Floodlights

Floodlights have built a reputation for captivating live shows that balance quiet intensity with powerful, rhythmic bursts, underpinned by poetic songwriting that explores identity, place and personal experience. Since emerging with their breakout EP Backyard and acclaimed debut album From a View, the Melbourne band has developed a devoted following across Australia, the UK and Europe, sharing stages with the likes of Pavement, black midi and Amyl and the Sniffers. Their momentum has continued with award-nominated albums Painting of My Time and Underneath (2025), both shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize. Fresh from sold-out tours across Australia and Europe, including a hometown Forum Melbourne headline show and festival appearances abroad, Floodlights continue to expand their reach while working on their next full-length release.
