Live at the Gardens

Live at the Gardens brings live music to one of Melbourne’s most iconic settings, the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne. For a few nights each season, the Observatory Precinct becomes an open-air music venue hidden within the city. Surrounded by the Gardens and set beneath the night sky, it’s a different way to experience live music in Melbourne, an escape from the everyday, right in the heart of the city. Since launching in 2024, Live at the Gardens has welcomed Franz Ferdinand, Groove Armada, Róisín Murphy, Marlon Williams and Lake Street Dive, alongside Australian favourites The Living End, The Presets, Cut Copy, Chet Faker, Matt Corby, Tash Sultana, Xavier Rudd, Thelma Plum and more.
