• Member Presale dates and times will be listed on the relevant event page once announced.
• Presales usually take place within the first few days following an event announcement.
• A Member Presale gives members the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
• A presale does not guarantee tickets, discounted prices, preferred seating or access to a particular ticket type.
• Presale tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.

HOW TO ACCESS A MEMBER PRESALE

• During the advertised presale period, use the presale code provided in your email and follow the ticket purchase link.
• Alternatively, visit the relevant event page and Sign In / Sign Up and follow the prompts to receive your presale code and continue through to purchase your tickets.
• Presale access is only available during the advertised presale window.
