Hoodoo Gurus

Hoodoo Gurus are one of Australia’s most iconic rock exports – a Sydney-born band that fused garage rock grit with pop smarts, sharp songwriting and an unrepentant love of classic rock ‘n’ roll. Breaking through in the ’80s with albums like Stoneage Romeos and Mars Needs Guitars!, they delivered a run of smart, catchy hits including What’s My Scene?, I Want You Back and Like Wow – Wipeout!. Hooky, witty and relentlessly energetic, Hoodoo Gurus helped define Aussie alternative rock – earning ARIA Hall of Fame status and a legacy that still kicks decades on.
