Lake Street Dive

Formed in Boston, LAKE STREET DIVE first met while studying jazz at the New England Conservatory of Music. Their breakout album Bad Self Portraits was released in 2014, followed by Side Pony (2016), Free Yourself Up (2018), Obviously (2021), Fun Machine: The Sequel (2022) – a six-track covers EP with songs by Bonnie Raitt, The Pointer Sisters and Carole King, among others – and their most recent, Good Together (2024). The Brooklyn-based US band are best described as the original cross-pollination of soul, folk, jazz and classic pop and will play their only Melbourne show at Live At The Gardens.
