Live At The Gardens presents
Leftfield
LEFTFIELD are pioneers of British electronic music, formed in London in 1989 by Neil Barnes and Paul Daley. Their groundbreaking debut album Leftism (1995) redefined dance music, blending house, dub, and techno into a genre-defining sound dubbed “progressive house.” Known for bold collaborations with artists like John Lydon (Open Up) and Toni Halliday (Original), LEFTFIELD pushed sonic boundaries and became one of the most influential acts in 90s club culture. After a hiatus, Barnes revived the name in 2010, releasing Alternative Light Source (2015) and This Is What We Do (2022), cementing LEFTFIELD’s legacy as innovators who continue to shape electronic music.
