Sleepazoid

sleepazoid are quickly emerging as one of Melbourne’s most exciting new alt-rock acts, blending the grit of grunge, the haze of shoegaze and the driving pulse of post-punk into a sound that feels both nostalgic and distinctly their own. Led by vocalist and guitarist Nette France alongside Josef Pabis, Luca Soprano, George Inglis and Jim Duong, the five-piece deliver songs packed with atmosphere, tension and raw emotion. Their self-recorded and self-produced 2024 debut running with the dogs introduced a band with confidence well beyond their years, pairing soaring guitars and dynamic songwriting with an unmistakable DIY spirit. Equally captivating on record and on stage, sleepazoid are fast building a reputation as a band to watch.sleepazoid are quickly emerging as one of Melbourne’s most exciting new alt-rock acts, blending the grit of grunge, the haze of shoegaze and the driving pulse of post-punk into a sound that feels both nostalgic and distinctly their own.
