Overview

DJ Shadow returns to Melbourne in February 2027 to celebrate 30 years of his groundbreaking debut album, Endtroducing….., with a special Live at the Gardens performance at the Royal Botanic Gardens on Saturday 27 February. Following a sold-out 2025 tour, the pioneering producer brings one of the most influential albums in hip-hop and electronic music back to the stage.

Released in 1996 and crafted almost entirely from vinyl samples, Endtroducing….. redefined sample-based production, blending hip-hop, jazz, funk and soul into a genre-defying classic. Three decades on, its iconic beats and cinematic soundscapes remain as vital and inspiring as ever.
