Lake Street Dive
Formed in Boston, LAKE STREET DIVE first met while studying jazz at the New England Conservatory of Music. Their breakout album Bad Self Portraits was released in 2014, followed by Side Pony (2016), Free Yourself Up (2018), Obviously (2021), Fun Machine: The Sequel (2022) – a six-track covers EP with songs by Bonnie Raitt, The Pointer Sisters and Carole King, among others – and their most recent, Good Together (2024).
The Brooklyn-based US band are best described as the original cross-pollination of soul, folk, jazz and classic pop and will play their only Melbourne show at Live At The Gardens.

Playlunch
Since their debut in April 2022, Playlunch have exploded at a rapid rate across both the Melbourne music scene and now also Nationally (and internationally!) in 2024. Releasing their debut album in November 2023 titled "Who's Ready For A Good Time?", Playlunch have soared to new heights with viral Tik Tok videos, High Rotation Triple J play & massive Sell Out shows across the country. Putting a huge focus on touring and bringing their comedic, yet serious live show to the people, the band have become a staple across the Australian Festival circuit.

BATTS
BATTS  is Melbourne-based musician – and space enthusiast – Tanya Batt, who has just released her third album, Just My Luck. “I feel like there is a little something for everyone on this album,” she says. “The first half is more upbeat and punchy and then it takes a more melancholy turn.” Known for blending folk and rock with inspiration drawn from space and literature, she has previously incorporated NASA space mission samples into her music.
